What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Klarna as payment methods. You can select your preferred payment method on the checkout page and enter the required information to complete your transaction. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery.
What materials are used in our products?
We prioritize using environmentally friendly materials, and all of our products contain over 60% cotton. Depending on the style, some products may even be 100% cotton. How do I choose the right size?

How do I know my shipping costs?
You can find the specific costs when you select your shipping method; these costs are usually displayed on the checkout page. Currently, all orders over $48 on our website enjoy free shipping!
Where do you ship from? How long does it take?
We have warehouses in multiple countries and regions, and we ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. Please allow 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed. Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days (expedited orders: 6-9 business days).
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries worldwide, including Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
If I ordered the wrong item, do I need to remove it from my shopping cart?
If your order hasn't been successfully charged, you can remove the item directly from your shopping cart.
If your order has been paid but not yet processed, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Cancelling an order: Please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a message stating that you wish to cancel your order. We can cancel an order if it hasn't yet been processed. However, we cannot cancel an order if it has already been processed. In this case, please contact us after you receive the item so that we can process your return.
Changing an order: If you discover that the delivery address is incorrect or need to make other changes, please contact us immediately after receiving the order confirmation. We will do our best to change it for you, but there are no guarantees. We cannot make further changes after the order has shipped.

I've completed my order but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to confirm receipt of your order. If you haven't received it yet, please follow these steps:

I forgot to use my coupon code. What should I do? How do I use a coupon code?
Unfortunately, discount codes don't automatically apply and must be entered at checkout. Coupon codes cannot be used after your order is completed. We want you to enjoy these offers, so please be sure to use your coupon code before completing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined; only one coupon can be used per order.

How do I track my order?

Why is my tracking number missing?
First, please double-check that your tracking number is correct.
Second, please make sure it's your tracking number, not your order number! Tracking numbers are provided in the shipping email after your order ships. You can also find your order's tracking number on the "My Orders" page on our website.
I ordered multiple items but only received some. Why?
Due to logistics reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in multiple shipments, resulting in additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Therefore, if you don't receive all your items at once, rest assured that they are likely on their way.
If all packages have been delivered but the item you requested is missing, please contact our customer service through the "About Us" page and submit a request. Our support team will respond and assist you within 24 hours.
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. If the item (or size) doesn't fit, rest assured we offer free exchanges. Simply contact our customer service through our website. My package says it's delivered, but I didn't receive it?
We ensure delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery (for example, if left in the mailbox).
What should I do if I received an incorrect/damaged/defective item?
Please contact us by email and provide pictures of the defective/damaged/malfunctioning item along with your order number so we can investigate and take further action to resolve your issue. We will provide a refund or replacement for items with quality issues (such as damage, flaws, or product defects).
Is my personal information secure?

Do I need to change my clothing?
Most of our clothing can be machine washed in cold water on the gentle cycle, and we find that turning inside out works best.
We recommend using a small amount of high-quality detergent for delicate items.
Hand washing knitwear and delicate garments (such as lace, fringe, wool, silk, and lingerie) is recommended. Maternity clothes can be wrung out in warm or cold water before sleeping, out of direct sunlight.
It is recommended to wash silk products separately, as their colors are less intense than other fabrics.
Avoid washing or bleaching leather items; dry cleaning is recommended.
