Returning an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if approved.
Only items purchased directly from unmara.com will be accepted. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for returns.

Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving your item. To participate in our 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, please follow the following policy:
1. For return information, please contact us at service@unmara.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective and caused by the seller. In this case, we will replace the item based on availability or refund the item at the buyer's discretion.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well-packed, and in the same condition as when you received it, and not resaleable. The item must retain its original packaging.
4. Redeemed gifts are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
5. All costs incurred for returns are the buyer's responsibility.
6. After shipping the package, the buyer must provide the airway bill number and a clear photo of the returned package. Please take a photo of the package before returning it for your records.
7. If the buyer has not received their ordered package after 3 months, they may contact the seller for a solution.
In some cases, only a partial refund is allowed (if applicable).
1. The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, and the damage or missing parts are not caused by the seller.
2. The item is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Situations where the seller cannot refund (if applicable):
1. Returns without original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
2. Returns with opened/damaged boxes will not be accepted.
3. The package was lost during return and the seller has not received the returned package.
Refunds (if applicable)
1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
2. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 15-20 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
1. We only exchange defective or damaged items.
2. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email service@unmara.com.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer, and the specific cost will be determined by the courier you selected.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
